At Eldter One, we take great pride in the quality of our products. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, please review our returns and refunds policy below.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Items that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or without original packaging/tags will not be accepted.
How to Return
Contact us at info@eldterone.comwith your order number and reason for return.
Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the item(s) back.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your package.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days, back to your original method of payment.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not process direct exchanges.
If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for your preferred item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us immediately at info@eldterone.com with photos of the product. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Important Notes
Eldter One is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Refunds can only be issued to the original purchaser and original payment method.
